(1) Find a comfortable pair of pants, pajamas, or boxer shorts. Some people like to do this technique naked, but it seems to work well with a soft loose fit fabric like fleece, sweatpants, polyester, silk boxers, or whatever feels most comfortable. Some men prefer to wear tight clothing, but most say it restricts the motion of this technique.
