This one is a bit different from the other backhand technique # 7. Place your palm over the top of your  penis, covering the head with the edge of the palm. Turn in a circular motion. This stimulates the head much more than regular circular motion, while allowing the thumb and index finger free to stimulate the base of the shaft or scrotum.
